Our dog has extreme anxiety at vet appointment. It is often embarrassing and I know when we leave everyone is glad we are gone. Tamara was so kind and even if she was glad when we left she treated us and our dog like we weren’t a problem at all.

First time there. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our dog was pretty nervous and instead of being rude they were very understanding. They kept the trip short and to the point and did a great job keeping her distracted.

My kittens were taken very good care of by staff. Dr. Chaimberlain took time for us, answered all our questions knowledgeably and was great with our kittens. Also, the building was clean and smelled normal. :)

The receptionist fit me into the busy schedule on short notice. Entire staff was friendly. The Dr. showed concern and compassion toward our dogs' situation. We were roomed quickly and the Dr. took his time examining and assessing our dog.

We are always treated well and I can see the concern for our little dog. Today was just vaccinations but they were timely, didn't try to upsell me (which I've seen a lot elsewhere) and were nice to my puppy when he yelped from the shot. I'm always happy with my experience here.
